SP Registration Instructions

General Instructions
  1. All error messages will be displayed on the screen.
  2. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
  3. Do not pre-fix any title to your name fields. For e.g: Dr., Mr., Miss, Mrs, etc.
  4. Kindly do verification of your mobile number/email within 2 days.
  5. Kindly use a strong password for SP and Service accounts.
  6. Contact person and HOD should have valid e-mail ID's for SP/Department registration. Before activation of SP, a link will be sent to the Contact person and HOD's emails for email validation. They have to validate their emails by clicking the link.
  7. Once the SP account gets activated by the e-Pramaan Admin, then all the communication will be sent on the registered e-mail ID's.
Field Specific Instructions
  1. Username must be at least 3 to 100 characters long and contain only alphanumeric characters, but must begin with an alphabet. It must not include any special characters/symbols.
  2. Password must be at least 8 characters long and a combination of upper case, lower case, numbers and non-alphanumeric characters excluding space.
  3. The value entered in Confirm password field must be the same as Password.
  4. Mobile number must be a 10 digit numeric.
